1How do I sign up for Regular cleaning?
Please click on any of the Free Estimate buttons or call our office 704-777-9768. After we will get all of the details about your home, we will give you a Quote for your Initial Cleaning and Maintenance Cleaning of your choice. We provide Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Tri-Weekly, Monthly or Once-In-A While cleaning.
2Do you need to see my house before I schedule first cleaning?
No, only per customer request. For the convenience of our clients most of our Estimates are done by phone. We base your quote on the square footage of your home and all the information you provide concerning the condition of the house (dirt code).
3Do I have to provide all of the cleaning supplies and vacuum?
We will bring all cleaning products and equipment needed for each clean. If you would like us to use your cleaning products and vacuum, please call our office to schedule an in home or virtual cleaning products overview. We will be happy to train our cleaning staff on how to clean your home with the products, tools and equipment you provided.
4Will I be charged more if it takes longer to clean my house?
We provide you with a quote that is based on the information that was given over the phone including the condition (dirt code) of your home. When we start cleaning and see that we will not be able to complete the job in estimated time, we will tell you what’s taking longer than expected and how much more it will cost to finish the job.
5What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Please get in touch with us right away and we will come back and make it right. We have a satisfaction guaranty that we stand by.
6Do I need to be home for the first cleaning?
We would like you to be home for the first cleaning if possible. We will do a walk through the entire house to see what needs to be cleaned, discus all the details. You don’t have to be home while we clean. We will notify you in about an hour before we done to do a walk through with us at the end of the cleaning to make sure everything was done to your satisfaction. If you are signing up with us for your regular Maintenance Cleaning we will also confirm the price that was given to you as an Estimate.
7Can I expect cleaning tech to arrive at exact time it was booked?
We have one hour arrival window to account for traffic, the weather condition or just needed an extra time to clean the previous house.
8When will I be charged for my service?
We charge your card half price at the booking of your first cleaning and rest of the amount at the end of the cleaning. Regular Maintenance cleanings are charged on your scheduled day before we start cleaning. In case when additional services added and we need more time to clean we will charge after the cleaning was completed.
9Will I need to sing a contract?
No. You can cancel our service any time. We just ask to give us an advance notice so we can book another customer in your spot. If you cancel in less than 48 hour late cancelation fee will apply. Please check our Policies/Terms of Service.
10What kind of cleaning products do you use?
The main cleaning product we use is organic, color and smell free.
11What’s included in my cleaning?
It depends on what service you need. We offer Initial Top to Bottom Deep Cleaning, Maintenance Cleaning (Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Tri-weekly, Monthly), Move-In/Move-Out, Office cleaning, COVID-19 (Sanitizing of high touch surfaces in home or office).
12How many cleaning techs will clean my home?
We always schedule two or more cleaning techs to do Initial Deep Cleaning, depends on the size of your home. For Maintenance cleaning we schedule one, if your house is less than 7 hours.
13Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, we are Licensed, Bonded and Insured.
14Do your cleaning techs speak English?
We employee people based on their personal qualities and work attic. All of our staff have Google Translate on their smart phone and able to translate to/from any languages. Our office staff are always available by phone (call or text) if there is any communication issues.
